“You should be a Ghanaian with a National ID, to apply for the Students Loan”- Nana Kwaku Agyei Yeboah

The mere mention of the Students Loan Trust Fund (S. L. T. F.) comes with mixed feelings. While those who benefitted from this loan fund had to go through hustle and tussle to refund this, others did not have the opportunity to benefit from this fund, after all the stress and struggle too, but then those still paying up tell the story of it being like pulling a hair from your nose. This picture has created an ill-feeling about the SLTF.

“We reclaimed Ghc16.4million in 2016, but then we reclaimed about 36.7million in 2019, which is an appreciation, ” Mr. Agyei Yeboah revealed.
