Wanted IT Engineer surrenders to OSP, granted bail under strict conditions
Mr. Mensah, who was reportedly outside the country when the notice was issued, returned to Ghana and appeared in court on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
The presiding judge granted him bail in the sum of GHS 100,000, with two sureties. As part of the bail conditions, Mr. Mensah was ordered to surrender his passport to the court and report to the Office of the Special Prosecutor every two weeks while investigations continue.
The case remains active as the OSP intensifies its nationwide efforts to investigate and prosecute corruption and the abuse of public office.
