Misfortune struck a young man who was suspected of stealing motorbikes in the Amenfi East Municipality in the Western Region, as he was apprehended by a group of enraged residents.

A video circulating on social media platform X captured the moment when the accused individual was being subjected to harsh treatment, including being repeatedly struck in the stomach by a muscular man while restrained to an electric pole.

The suspect, unable to endure the agony he was experiencing, could be heard begging for mercy as his assailants continued their assault.
